State Janitor Internet Policies

Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Choice, & Diners Club. There is NO credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks, & Money Orders. Personal Checks & Corporate Checks are accepted, but must first clear the bank before any  products will be shipped (this typically takes 7-10 business days)

Sales Tax: If we ship out of the state of Florida, there is NO sales tax. If we ship inside the state of Florida, there will be a 7% Florida Sales Tax added to the invoice. Exceptions: Sales tax exemptions ex:Government, Church, or Resale Certificate

Freight Policy: All orders over $100 that can be shipped UPS ground are shipped free of charge in the continental USA only. Orders under $100 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Federal Express, UPS, or RPS. We will ship the least expensive way to the purchaser. If ordering product that requires it to be shipped via Truck Lines for example Floor Machines, Automatic Scrubbers, Larger Extractors, etc, Freight will be added to the invoice. Any order requiring Truckline delivery does not qualify for free freight.

Shipments: All orders will be shipped within one working day (M-F) after receiving the order. In the event State Vacuum does not have the item in stock, we will inform you of when the item will ship. Our fill rate on orders is 97% shipping within 1 working day

Warrantys: All of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to State Vacuum and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage or abuse. The Freight to  and from State Vacuum must be paid by the purchaser.

Return Policy: Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original box. We reserve the right to deny returns that have been used and are not in new condition. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. If the product is returned to State Vacuum, the purchaser must pay for shipping. When the product is received by State Vacuum complete as it was shipped out, a credit will be issued (less the original shipping costs). If the product is returned for a refund, the purchase is responsible for all freight charges.

Shortages: All Shortages must be reported within 2 working days of receiving your shipment. Any shortages reported beyond this period will not be honored.

Special Orders: All Special orders are NON Refundable and non returable

Refunds: If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you  paid with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. No refunds will be issued until the product is returned to State Janitor.

Pricing Errors: Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices on our website are correct, sometimes pricing mistakes may occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of either reconfirmng your order at the correct price of canceling your order.
